What Is or Is not Incuded
- Included: Pick up at the designated meeting point, accommodations, transportation, food, and wine ( excluding free times)

- ONBOARD EXTRAS: Wine and bar drinks (and items ordered from the Cabin Service menu) are charged separately onboard.
Luggage, Passports & Security
- LUGGAGE: Compartments are compact and space for luggage is limited. We recommend a small/medium suitcase for the train journey and the remainder of the luggage will travel in a baggage car, inaccessible during the journey.
- LUGGAGE COLLECTION: On arrival at the destination please bear in mind that luggage collection can sometimes take as much as 30 minutes. Guests may be able to wait onboard the train while the luggage is unloaded.
- ONBOARD EXTRAS: Wine and bar drinks (and items ordered from the Cabin Service menu) are charged separately onboard.
- PASSPORT, VISA, CUSTOMS: Ensure that you comply with all passport, visa, customs, and other formalities and regulations.
- Security: Luxury trains are very security conscious and operate a discrete security presence on board. The high level of staff to passengers also means that stewards are aware of who should be on board at all times.
Diet & Dress Code
- DIET: The train staff will do their best to comply with any special dietary requirements the passengers may have, although we are unable to accommodate strict religious requirements.
- DRESS: Although black-tie and cocktail dresses are not a requirement, it does create a sense of occasion and add to the atmosphere on board. Smart casual daywear is acceptable during the day, but jeans and trainers/sneakers are not.
- INSURANCE: We require that adequate insurance in respect of the full trip be taken out in advance of travel.
